As a practicing trial and business lawyer with almost thirty years experience Mr. Peek has successfully mediated many cases, and is a member of the board of arbitrators with FINRA (The Financial Industry Regulatory Authority). Most issues can be successfully mediated, many in a half day session. Mr. Peek’s schedule is very flexible, and he is available weekends, and evenings if necessary. He can also schedule mediations on short notice.
