FIVE REASONS NOT TO HAVE A WILL
Making out a will is very important. Families
often put off this task either because they do not want to talk about it or
just think they will get to it later. Most often families come to an attorney's
office just before going on vacation, or when the parents may have to leave
their children with someone while they go on a business trip. Surveys show over
75% of families do not have wills.
So here are our 5 reasons not to have a will:
1. You think having the relatives fight over who gets your property would be
fun.
2. It really does not matter who raises your kids.
3. You trust the
government to determine who should get your money.
4. Taking care of your
funeral expenses is something your family should have to do.
5. You enjoy having
other people make your personal decisions for you.
If you would rather be in
charge of your affairs and make your own decisions, then you need a will.
